Ethics
All members should reach ground at 5:45am.
Match will be started at 6:00am sharp.
Umpire’s decision is final.
Score card should be entered correctly in both manual and Mobile scorer app.
Scores should be announced at the end of each over to the captain of the respective team. It will be the job of captain to cascade to the team members.
No argument with the on field umpires (or) the scorer by anyone except the captains of both teams.
Toss
The respective captains will discuss about the TOSS and arrive to mutual agreement.
No Ball
If the bowler bowls without some part of the front foot either grounded or in the air behind the crease.
If the bowler bowls the ball by over side of the box.
If the bowler throws, rather than bowls, the ball.
If the bowler breaks the non-striker's wicket during the act of delivery.
If the ball is full toss and goes over the hip (beamer) even the batsman hit the ball.
Two balls above the shoulder height are allowed in one over and any delivery thereafter above shoulder will be declared as NO BALL with the below applicable
If the ball goes above head and batsman plays – the same will be considered as correct delivery with one warning applied.
If the ball goes above head and batsman misses/didn’t play – the same will be declared as “WIDE” with one warning applied. (note that the bowler is still allowed to bowl one above the shoulder)
Dead Ball
If the ball bounces twice or rolls before reaching the batsman.
Wide Ball
If the ball delivered goes beyond the OFF side line marked.
Deliveries bowled right on the OFF side line marked will be Umpire’s call.
If the ball delivered on the leg side.
If the ball is delivered above the head without the batsman attempting to play with delivery (with one warning applied).
Leg-Bye
Leg bye is not applicable.
Bye
If the bowler delivers the ball and it beats the batsman, the runs will be counted as extras in BYE.
Power Play and Fielder restrictions
Power play will be taken in first six over’s
During power play only 3 fielders are allowed to stand outside the inner circle
In any other case, only 4 fielders are allowed inside the inner circle.
Max 5 fielders are allowed on the LEG side including the bowler.
Over’s Restriction
06 Over Match - Max 2 over per bowlers
08 Over Match - Max 3 over for only one bowler
10 Over Match - Max 3 over for 2 bowlers
12 Over Match - Max 3 over per bowler
14 Over Match - Max 3 over for 3 bowlers
16 Over Match - Max 3 over per bowler
20 Over Match - Max 3 over per bowler
Others
Irrespective of the ball touches the body (or) bat first, the batsman is declared as OUT.
The decision of whether the ball reached the boundary line or NOT will be decided by the umpires alone in consultation with the required candidates. Umpires decision is FINAL.
If the captain want to change the umpire for unfortunate/fortunate reasons, he can do so by consulting the opposite side captain.
At the end of each over, It’s the duty of captain to check the score and cascade to the team accordingly.
